My responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, conducting regular check-ins, collaborating with other teams, providing timely reporting on client activities, analyzing engagement data, executing customer engagement campaigns, and acting as a product expert. I am dedicated to building trust and rapport with our clients while delivering outstanding results.
